送料について

本ウェブサイト（以下、「当店」）は全商品、全国一律送料無料でお届けいたします。

配送方法について

配送方法は当店指定の方法とし、原則としてお客様がお選び頂くことは出来ません。

日付指定や時間帯のご指定も原則として承っておりません。

ただし、何らかの理由で配送方法、日付指定、時間帯指定をご希望の場合は必ず【ご注文前】に事前にお問い合わせください。ご注文後のご指定はお受けしかねます。予めご了承ください。

配送日数について

当店ではお客様の元に確実にお届けするため、追跡番号のある配送方法を採用しております。

基本的には配送完了後、2～3日で到着いたします。（離島などの場合は3～4日かかる場合もございます。）

なお、自然災害や大規模な催し等が開催される地域においてはその限りではございません。予めご了承ください。

配送中の破損等について

梱包の際は外箱にキズや凹みが付かないよう十分に配慮の上に出荷準備をいたしますが、配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや配送業者の責任によって損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。

本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のキズや凹み等はご容赦頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

 

 

SHIPPING & VOLTAGE

ES'PRIMA has made watch winders and storage in Osaka, Japan
since 2004. We ship directly from Osaka.

WORLDWIDE VOLTAGE

All ES'PRIMA winders and instruments run on AC 100–240V.
The adapter included with your order is PSE-certified and
works anywhere in the world.

You do not need a voltage converter.
A plug adapter for your country is all that is required.

If you would like us to include one, add the ES'PRIMA
travel plug adapter (LU-ACA) to your order.

SHIPPING COST AND TIME

Calculated at checkout, based on the actual weight of your order.
Sent by EMS (Japan Post) with tracking and insurance.

Orders are dispatched within 2–7 business days.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Prices shown exclude Japanese consumption tax for
international orders.

Import duties and local taxes are not included and are
payable by the recipient on delivery. Rates vary by country.
Hong Kong and Singapore do not levy import duty on
these items.

WARRANTY

Watch winders and the LU13000BK timegrapher carry a
one-year manufacturer's warranty.
Cases, boxes, stands and leather goods are covered
against initial defects for 7 days from delivery.

For international orders, return shipping for warranty
service is arranged case by case. Contact us first.
